3575 Facility
We are CARD ONLY!
Please plan accordingly and we look forward to seeing you at the complex.
*SOME PROGRAMS RENTING WITHIN THE FACILITY WILL TAKE CASH.
Lost and Found:
Our lost and found is currently in the lobby by the front desk.
We will be donating all remaining lost and found items every 3rd Monday of each month.

Backroom:
NO TEAM AREA! All teams need to camp outside in designated areas (turf space or behind the building in the middle lot).
The lobby and other eating spaces are meant for all to eat (food purchased from the complex or partnered vendors). Please move your belongings with you when transitioning to the courts and wipe the table down for next use.
Food:
NO OUTSIDE FOOD!! (Other vendors/restaurants, home brought meals, etc.)
Food and drink purchased from concession and our partnered vendors must be consumed in the food areas only
BEVERAGES IN A SEALED CONTAINER PREFFERED ON THE COURTS.
NO FOOD ON THE COURTS!!
Refunds:
If you are in need of a refund for any program or activities, please consult with one of the facility Managers and they will guide you to the correct resource. Please email info@npjsportscomplex.com.
PLEASE OBSERVE THE FOLLOWING RULES AND REGULATIONS
No pets (all properly registered and identified service pets are allowed). No physical registration paperwork= no entry.
No unathorized streaming of the courts.
No flame/gas based heaters in or within 50 feet of the building
No smoking or tobacco products of any kind (including vapor cigarettes) are allowed on the premises.
No alcohol or drugs permitted on the premises.
No person(s) shall engage in any sale of food, merchandise or services without prior approval.
Specific prior permission is required for alterations to facility fixtures, walls, etc. or posting of signs for advertising, decorating, etc.
No firearms, air rifles, BB guns, spring guns, bow and arrows, slings or any other form of weapon dangerous to human safety are allowed in the facility at any time.
No propane heaters of any kind are permitted at the facility.
No fireworks of any kind are permitted in the facility.
Follow all posted speed limit signs and stop signs in the parking lots.
Foul or abusive language will not be tolerated. Staff reserves the right to remove, or have removed, any person(s) due to abusive conduct or a non-cooperative attitude.
Please clean up after yourselves.
Treat these courts and facility with a home-like respect.
Stay off the nets, staff will handle any necessary net movement upon request.
No unauthorized lessons or programs. Inquiries may be made to management with no guarantees.
Outside chairs are not allowed in the building. Bleacher cushions are.
Use of these courts only when authorized by the staff to do so.
Only authorized personnel can operate any of the facility systems (i.e., lights, sound system, etc.).
Keep all vehicles off any grass surfaces (other than emergency or field maintenance vehicles) and do not park on curbs. Handicapped parking is available at the side doors of the complex.
Report any suspicious or inappropriate behavior to the staff.
Facility is not responsible for any lost or stolen personal items.
Respect the decisions of the on-site supervisor regarding court usage for ALL events. The on-site supervisor has the final decision on all issues

Adults (Leagues, tournaments, events):
Any physical altercation will result in a minimum 2-week ban with more possible consequences depending on damage and or safety concerns. Any verbal altercations will result in a minimum 1 week ban and possible additional consequences depending on the severity, disturbance, and safety concerns.
Any active players MUST have a signed waiver. Staff reserves the right to tell non waivered players to leave until signed.
This is a youth centered facility. Respect the youth times and environment until adult programs officially start.
